Ok HELPMERENT.com is a rental agency out of Covina that is owned and operated by Daryl Beans. A complete jackass! He falsify dates on documents and illegally removing names from leases. He works with the most shady felon creepy contractors not only prolonging problems fixing the rental properties for owners and tenants but intern costing the owners more money, to continually do patch work on a problem that should have been handled in the first place! He takes a little off the top of repair work for his own pocket DARYL BEANS your a piece of s**t! Oh and another thing the Yelp.com reviews for helpmerent.com are all time stamped around the same time with yelp profiles that were used soley to post a fake misleading review for his BS company and apparently he's on some board of commissioners in Pomona we need to stop this guy and shut his company down!
