Store manager "Zappa" or "Zappo" failed to honor warranty, contract, free services included in contract, and steering recall on new 2011 Hyundai. Manager is upset that a complaint was made because the contract was not filled out correctly the first time and his staff did not put a temporary tag on the car as required by law. Instead, he chose to not provide the contracted services even though the steering whenn issue, for which there is now a recall, could result in life-threatening injories if not repaired. this dealership, and especially the manager, is unethical.
