Henry Galasso East Coast Stores Took my deposit and refuse to give it back Syosset New York

  In October 2014, I responded to an online ad about a business for sale listed by Mr. Henry Galasso. After I visited the business,  I inquired about the Financials and Mr. Galasso asked me to put down a deposit of $17,000 to put in escrow. Shortly after, I informed Mr. Galasso that I was no longer interested in the business. He then immediately sent me to investigate another one. During my due diligence, I found out that the second business Financials were completely different than what Mr. Galasso told me.

    On December 10th, 2014, I informed Mr. Galasso to return my deposit money. Since then, Mr. Galasso refused to return the money instead of my repeated attempts to get the money back. Each and every time, he promised that the money will get there but it never did.
