Herbal Mind I have been charged twice in the past month for products I did not order! New Jersey Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In January 2008 I noticed a charge on my credit card for $164.83 from Herbal Mind. I sent my credit card company a dispute because I did not give anyone authorization to make such transaction. My credit card company refunded the money.
Today, 25 Feb 08 I discovered another charge to my credit card from the same company for the same amount and again I have filed a dispute. Herbal Mind needs to fix this problem because to me it looks like they are doing some "under-handed" business. How do you charge people for products they did not order. I called the phone number given on their website and got a voice mail.
Do not do business with this company!!!!!!

Just wanted to update my complaint and say I finally got through to Herbal Mind and was refunded my money. The Customer Service rep said there was a glitch in their system that charged my credit card.
