Herbal Smoke Shop is a total ripoff! They screw people out of their money. I placed an order in november, and am still getting a run-around. They keep saying they sent out the order, but it never comes. Now they have not responded to the last three inquiries I have sent. My inquiries were always polite, but they are nothing but a bunch of rude theives. They stopped responding when I started asking about how to get a refund. They were very quick to take my money, but not so quick to send my product.
