We are older people and too trusting. We made a agreement for home repairs very simple work. We agreed to pay a $600 deposite and $400 on completion. What happened he took $1000 upon getting the debt card without telling us he did so. Then ask for the $600 deposite the next day but wanted it to pay pal.
We gave him the money for deposite no knowing he already took the $1000 the day before. He then lied about it claiming he did not get the money. The bank record showing the money went to his account in both times.
This man is a fraud, and very dishonest. I have ask for the money back he lied would not give it. If you look others have complained about him not returning deposites and mis billing them as well.
