Beware of this realtor. she stole our earnest money deposit of $5,000.00 for a lake front home. when it came down to closing the title company said we needed to come up with an additional $5,000.00. This is a shame and should not have happened. She ruined our dream.
This scammer needs to be stopped. Do not buy any real estate with Jessica Williams. Her smile is sneaky for her actions. Then she bad mouthed us to the seller. We almost got sued!

First and foremost I am beyond shocked to read this report as it was just brought to my attention. At no point in my career have I ever been accused of stealing. I have held my Real Estate license through the State of Michigan since 2002 and hold a clean record showing zero complaints filed against me. Upon speaking with my broker I was able to confirm that I have NEVER received a $5,000.00 earnest money deposit on any transaction I have been involved with. In 2009 I began a full time career in a different field and have had a small handful of real estate transactions since - none of which, before or after, have ever resulted in such accusations. I am disgusted to read such a report.
