Heritage West Credit Union Fee Rip-off stansbury park Utah

Our family had several accounts with them. My daughter let her checking account go below $300 and they charged an $8 fee without notification,which caused her to bounce a bill payment, to which they added a $25 fee! 

     My wife paid a loan back perfectly for 3 years and also had a secured credit card for another year paid perfectly. When she asked Heritage to release her $600 deposit, Heritage said her account would be closed and she could reapply like everyone else. When she closed her account she asked for the $600 in cash. The manager said she had to give her a check which she could cash with a teller, then proceeded to charge her $3 for the check!
