I placed an order through Herobuilders.com on September 12th. Herobuilders immediately withdrew the money from my PayPal account.

I still have not received my order. They do not answer their phone and will not respond to email inquiries.

I have also noted that they no longer accept PayPal for payment on their website.

They are still selling the dolls that I ordered so I am worried about how many more people will be ripped off by them before they are stopped.
