herroom TERRIBLE- DO NOT BUY Texas Texas

This is a terrible store to buy crom. They will not listen to the customer, they have restocking fees for merchandise thye say took a month to process. Even with the copy from the post office and the date it was shipped and the tracking stating it was received over a month ago, they still hold to I sent it in last week. They offer a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, send it back to me where i pay for shipping or have it donated to charity.  How rude and unprofessional on their part.  This is not a customer friednly company and will never shop there again. I wished I did my research eariler before I ordered from them,
