Deceptive prepaid rental practices- Charge $50 cancellation fee. In 20+ years of doing business on a monthly basis, with gold membership, they snuck this prepay option in their online booking sequence then refuse to honor a credit to their most loyal customer. Poor way to treat their best customers. My company and I will boycott them for the next 100 years.

Companies offer "pre-paid" reservations as a way to get a better rate because they have you locked in. As a rule if you cancel your reservation most companies do not give any money back. So for you to get all but $50 seems actually pretty good.
