HHGREGG (is GE card, not Visa, MC no full disclosure of "no interest for xx month" no nothing Internet

There is no full disclosure, information about the status of your account when you view your ON LINE statement summary....and there is no alerts about the account and the interest free years or month...showing the ending date of the promotional purchase.   No notification all interest will be added to your account without notice of that time period...to avoid the interest.

the suggested payment should show an amount that is needed each month for the interest free purchase.....to be paid before the promotional period ends.

There is no option on line to make a payment for a particular purchase.

The payment does not go to the promotional purchase.   If you have two promotional purchases... there is no statement showing which purchase and what amount is credited to each purchase.

Do not go paperless.   You need to hold the complete statement in your hand to check throughly...each month....and contact for any incorrect entry...

The statement is available to download....do not accept that....get the statement by mail.    There is no way to contact customer service about your account.

The automated telephone menu...does not give you what your are trying to do or to learn why your account does not seem to be.  No way.

You learn after two years...the suggested minimum is not enough to pay for the product during the promotional  interest free period.    Even though you have paid regularly...on time...auto monthly pay...

The on line summary does not provide enough information to know the real status of your account... again...no alerts as other financial institutions do.

It appears as  HHGREGG on line.  It is actually not an HHGREGG card as it appears to be.  HHGREGG .....when you visit the store....does not do any more than tell you it is out of their hands.   As one has said...Visa   Mastercard....NO.   it is only good at HHGREGG.

You should check now...to know the full measure of the status of your account...and you should demand to have written information regarding the "PROMOTIONAL, INTEREST FREE" STATUS..... showing how your payment applies to your promotional purchases....showing what is paid for each promotional purchase....and the balance owed to pay before the interest free period ends.
