Saw Hien Viet on Instagram the hair and page looked so nice so I decided why not order from them, come to find out after I paid for 5 pieces of hair for around $222.00, I asked when would they ship it and they kept giving me different days and once the day came nothing. Other times they wouldn't even answer the phone until days later. I have been rip offed and I'm pretty upset because you work hard for your money and wouldn't want someone to just trick you and take it. I really didn't even want my money back because I really wanted to test the products but I guess its a scam or they only send hair to people they want.

Spoke with Hien and there was just some miscommunication that we had. Ultimately I was able to correct the issue and come to a resolution.
