SHE WOULD not give us back our money, she would not listen even with an Embark DNA test. She is a HUGE puppy mill. Lives in a trailer park. All animals sleep, and are running around in their own filth, poop, pee. She has over 150 animals and has 10 litters about at once! Do not buy form her. She does not handle any of her animals. Super skittish, never had a bath, No shots, all have fleas, ticks, Matting etc.

High Desert Wolves, falsely attacked by fraudulent rescue...AKA Annie Redwolf.

AUTHOR: sean - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 22, 2018

I have witnessed a number of false reports and claims of neglect, scams, and diseased dogs regarding High Desert Wolves. I know all of these reports to be false, and a deliberate attack by one person, who was turned away from adopting a wolf-dog by the owners of HDW.

I have traveled from New York to Northern California a few times now, to rehome dogs from HDW, and not once have I seen anything distressing. No disease, no neglect, no filth. The ownership has many hired hands to keep up the kennels, and keep the animals fed and watered.

I adopted a wolfdog from HDW myself, and couldn't possibly be happier with my choice. This dog is perfect in every way, social, friendly, loyal, and ridiculously well-behaved. Best dog I've ever had. No worms, no fleas, no parasites or diseases at all, and genetically sound. She tested at 62% Canis lupus (grey wolf) with 38% husky. She is the most intelligent dog I have ever dealt with, and every dog I have been fortunate enoug to deal with at HDW, has been an incredible animal.

I do not understand why this individual keeps attacking this Wolf dog rescue, time and again, but I urge consumers to  discount the negative falsehoods told by this spurrned woman, and see for yourself the wonderful animals available at High Desert Wolves, before they close their doors in retirement this year.
