Do you mean $1300 or $130,000?

Wiring funds to purchase a vehicle without seeing the vehicle is foolish in today's world.
Wiring $130,000 sight unseen to a stranger without checking out the vehicle first is insane. There are better ways to purchase an expensive vehicle, especially since you have cash. What type of vehicle is this that runs $130,000? Or is it more likely $1300 you sent and not $130,000?
I am not saying it is okay to rip off anyone for any funds. But it seems that this story is not factual given the amounts you describe in your post.
