Well over $1000.00 in premiums per month for first colonoscopy they are denying every diagnostic bill prior to the test and probably will deny the test, too. Well over 50 years old. Based on what the doctor was told, he has recommending these tests. The call everything "preventative" and deny coverage. They use excuses, such as "You didn't fill out our survey at the beginning of the year," that nobody in the company remembers receiving. They are doing this to more than one employee.
