I am a Diamond VIP member of the Hilton HHonors guest reward program. One of the rewards this program promises is frequent-flyer miles with partner airlines. I have selected Southwest Airlines as the partner airline, yet I have received no frequent-flyer credits through HHonors. A September 6, 2008 letter I sent to the HHonors Service Center, itemizing past stays I requested credits for, has never received a response.
