I purchased a few headbands from this company recently. They came recommended and are advertised for runners. The headband didn't stay in place while I walked around my living room. When I contacted the company to request a refund I was informed that despite the product being defective they were not going to provide a refund as it was against company policy. You can return underwear to Victoria Secret, but they won't accept defective headbands back? The company policy is tough luck. I'm disguessted and hoping this report helps prevent other people from wasting their money like I did.
