The operator of HK Craig & Associates is a petty criminal and convicted felon named Michael Craig Driskel.  He and his wife, Jane T. Driskel and their partner Harry K. Rosenblum (the "HK" in "HK Craig") have left a mountain of unpaid debt - hundreds of thousands of dollars - owed to companies and individuals who did business with them when they ran other fly-by-night collection agencies such as Gillum, Driskel Associates, Insurance Subrogation Specialist Inc., and Craig, Craig & Associates, all of which have now been dissolved.  They are fraudsters and scam artists and only pull back if you make a serious threat against them.  Otherwise they will hound you until you pay them money you never owed!  BEWARE!!

We had resolved this issue after the first phone call where this party was able to verify that they were not the correct person that had caused an uninsured motorist accident.
