I had just caught hms blue long distance trying to rip me off as well as the many that i have read about. I have called them about the situation and they also told me that they had sent me information which is un true because i know exactly when they had (supposedly) gotten my information last week i had purchesed a knife set for christmas for my fiance from factory direct deals.com and this ruthless company had a pop up and i had x out of it but the weasels billed me anyway and said that i would recieve a full refund ten days from today to my account we will see i will post an update ten days from now!
