Hobbies discount Item never received and no refund Internet

 Bought some night vision googles on hobbiesdiscount (date 11/26/2016). Was 50% off. What a deal! After some weeks, A mail was sent to their email adress. I was contacted by "Chris Oliver", that said the item was shipped and that I have to confirm the shipping informations. Until that, I have tried to contact them, to send me items again, and at the end for a refund. Until my first contact, I did not have any other response. Tried to send emails, to contact them via Facebook, Messenger... but nothing to do! They have no phone, no physical address. Sorry about my bad english...
