Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They are ripoffs, their products are discontinued so if you have problems, too bad. I ordered a paint kit, paints all dried up, nothing they can do. So I got ripped off. Their customer service stinks also, very unfriendly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Nothing has changed

Even though this Ripoff Report is dated, I just want to add that nothing has changed as of 2010. I just went through almost the exact same scenario.
I received an item NOT as described on their website, and when I e-mailed them about it, they admitted their website was wrong and gave me a return authorization number. Well they only gave me a partial refund, leaving me out $12 after all shipping costs were taken into account. I don't know about you, but I don't like spending $12 for nothing but a trip to the post office. VERY lousy customer service. (Their site says they will refund return shipping if the return is because of their error, but that is a blatant lie. They do NOT!)
You can't trust what their site says, and their return policies and customer service are so poor, it's only worth ordering from them if you mind throwing away money. Sadly, I only bought from them because I had a coupon code; stupid return process cost me a lot more than the silly code saved me!
