Doctor Hoi Van Luu does unnecessary dental work to make himself more money! He even creates lifelong damages a kid's teeth so he could end up doing costly procedures. He is a horrible greedy man and an even more horrible disgusting human being. All his patients are Asians who don't know any better because they blindly trust doctors. Doctor Luu should have his license taken away. What goes around, comes around.
