Purchased car located in FL on eBay based on pictures and description in listiing. Just got delivery of the car. Car is missing many parts or parts swapped with others that don't match with the car. I was shown a picture of a title with someone else's name in NH. Contacted seller who has no intent of working something out. I'm not unreasonable. Clearly his intent from start was to defraud me. I've bought and sold many cars on eBay with never an experience like this. He doesn't list himself as a dealer but has several cars for sale online inside and outside the US. Beware of this seller he's a thief. Don't trust a word he says.

Oh man this guy is a sociopathic liar. He claims that the parts were on the car when it left his house then blames that delivery company that hauled the car up from Florida. I have the pictures from the ad on eBay to prove what I was supposed to be getting. That's not what I got. The only way eBay would accept the claim of misrepresentation was through requesting a complete refund. I knew there was no way to get that. I tried to settle with Holger adding up the parts that were supposed to be on the car and made you a fair deal. Holger you are a thief. The drivers were furious when I told them that Holger was blaming them. Heck, they said that the beautiful wire wheels and tires were on the MG that you came pulling up with! Because all I got were garbage tires and wheels. Holger is not to be trusted. I have proof but he keeps on going. Shame on you for even giving a rebuttal. You just keep digging yourself deeper.

Sold car on ebay. gave buyer the name and phone no from the guy i bought car from for him to rest assured that car is complete and in good condition.
Told him that i had the car 1 day even made more pictures for him ! and ask him to inspect car before shipping. he did not think it was necessary to inspect the car and paid. he had car picked up and received car 3 days later.
Buyer first wanted to give car back. then demanded 4000$ refund. then came up with parts missing. i do have witness that car was complete when shipped the way i received the car the day before. i never toke anything of the car or swapped parts. plus i had no control over the car while on the truck.
