On 10/6/10 we called Holiday Tv & Electronics (Marty Piccorino) in Holiday, Fl to diagnose our 50" Samsung Tv. He said it would be $346.09 and he needed the cash up front to order parts. Came back a week later and couldn't fix it. Said he would get back to us in a few days. After over 12 phone calls with no return calls we feel we have been scamed. Called today and answer machine says mailbox is full. I will now file a breach of contract civil suit.
