Holidayliquidations.com & Howtobeaplaya.com Ordered Lacoste Shirts, Credit Card Charged but I never received. Internet
*Author of original report: Reported to Bank
*Consumer Suggestion: contact you credit card company
Ordered LaCoste Shirts 12/14/2006 from holidayliquidations.com. Received e-mail from postmaster@holidayliquidations.com confirming order and then another e-mail from howtobeaplaya.com again confirming order and stating that items would be shipped once approval for payment received from credit card company.
My credit card was charged on December 18th and shirts have never arrived. I was trying to track company down and found this website with the Fraud Reports.

I actually used my VISA debit card. I contacted my bank today and am filling out a fraud report and they said they would refund my $104.95. I felt safe when I ordered from the Website because it showed as "VERISIGN" protected. I have since found out that if a site is truly Verisign protected there is a link to verify this. After further investigation, the Verisign logo shown on the holidayliquidation website is not exactly the same. I have reported this to Verisign for them to also Investigate.

You should contact your cedit card company to get the charges reversed. before the 60 days are up.
Credit card companies have different policy's on how to do this, so look at your agreement or your monthly statement.
