We used numberstore.com for our main business phone number. The number went down for over 5 days and they said they would sort it and get back to us regularly. Instead we had to chase and chase. They then blamed it on one of their suppliers (Vodafone) and refused to offer compensation until we had to threaten legal action.

Even then they only offered a part compensation and it was by way of credit rather than cash.

It's been almost 6 months now and it still isn't resolved. I would avoid this company which trades as numberstore.com and also J2 Global.
