Holli Droke worked as the Director of Admissions at the Florida College of Natural Health in Maitland, Florida. I had the opportunity to get to know more about her than I would have liked to.

There's nothing good to say about this woman. To summarize it, she's very unprofessional. She often talked about her personal life. She would tell stories about how she was unfaithful to her husband and how she is addicted to sex. She would also talk about the fact that she did not like to wear underwears. She would do this even in the present of other male co-workers.

She's also a bully. If someone did not like her style and ignored her or simply did not want to be around her, she would make up lies and stories about the person to try to get them into trouble with the Director of the School and the Regional Director of the school.

She's a backstabber. She continuously made comments about the Director of the School. Specifically, that she had no backbone and that she couldn't run a school.  She tried on many occassions to have the staff of the school side with her and plan to take over the job of the Director of the School.

She treated her staff unfairly.  She would only help the people who were willing to take her side and liked her.

On one ocassion, she threw away (in the garbage) a picture that was on her desk. The picture was one that she had taken on a cruise with her boyfriend Micheal. She threw it out and said they broke up. The next day she came in the office and wanted the cleaning person to get fired for taking the garbage in her office out. She made up a story about how the picture "might have fallen inside the garbabe". I saw her throwing out the picture when I was in her office. She's evil.

She has worked for many private colleges in the Central Florida area. She also worked at Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, Florida. She worked as the Director of Financial Aid and was fired when she was caught on a recording advising a parent to lie on the application for federal financial aid.

If you are considering hiring this incredibly unprofessiona, heartless, no class individual, please learn about her character. She has a horrible reputation in the industry of private colleges, which makes me wonder how good is the background check that they do for their staff.
