Rey Perez also known as the seller hollywoodrey on ebay was reported in a case of buyers fraud making false claims of the condition of an item from a seller with a 100% feedback. The seller provided messages in which he repeatedly told Rey he could return the item for a full refund. Rey continued to make requests on the seller ignoring the sellers request to return the item for a full refund. Hollywoodrey deliberately made inaccurate claims about the items condition in an attempt to get a partial refund and then opened a case with ebay requesting a full refund then mailing back a damaged item to the seller. ALL sellers and buyers beware, this ebayer is a scam artist.

There's a lot of info left out in this report. I take it that in some way shape or form you know the seller. What was item and could the item have possibly been broke during shipping? I personally would strived to bring out a more positive solution by agreeing to the partial refund. The seller would at least have some money rather than loose all of it to an ebay dispute.
