 I received my modification but I did all the work -David Norge promised me that my loan would be reduced by $500 to $800.00. He also stated  I would receive my $2,000.00 back if the reduction did not go through- well my payment went down by only $69.00 so I called and I spoke with Susan Brown  about my refund, she told me well today we are not doing any refunds. They don't return phone calls. I feel that this company should be taken out of business because alot of people are being lied to and maybe losing their money and their homes.
