Do not use this oufit under any circumstance! If you google Crystal Spear you will find a consistant story . Quick to take your appointment and money and then they disappear . They no- showed on four occaisions , said parts would be in next day , 24 days later and check cashed ... services not rendered . I have contacted better business buerau and NC state atty office. These guys must be stopped.
Do not except any rebuttal they offer to this report , find another outfit . I have given my personal information to rip off so any news outlet or atty wants to talk to me , I have specific details to the chronological order of events.They don't seem to busy to take the appointment and money but to busy to make repairs and keep appointments.Go figure.
