I feel for you! Home Helpers is in the business of getting your franchise fee and then they don't care what happens to you. They promised me that they would be fully operating in Canada 10 years ago and as of today they do not have one single franachise operating here! I have reached out to the owner Gary D. Green and he refuses to talk to me or discuss the matter. What kind of owner refuses to talk to one of his own franchisees?? Incredible! 

I'm a franchise owner in South Jersey. My franchise business consultant interacts with me on a weekly basis. All the tools to succeed are right there, you have to figure out how you will use it for your growth. If you fail, you must take accountability and responsibility. I've been open a little over a year and I've seen continuous growth and success. Not saying it's easy, but you honestly can't expect other people to do EVERYTHING for you. Emma and Cheryl are always eager and MORE than happy to help. If you have suggestions to make the franchise as a whole better, they are more than happy to implement your suggestions. I'm very content with my business decision and I don't think what you are saying is a fair judgement.
