Home Living Online Ltd used to advertise on eBay under the username homelivingonline1, but thankfully they now appear to have been banned from the site, although I would not be the least bit surprised if they surfaced again under a new nome de plume.

Basically, they advertise items of furniture, take your money then fail to deliver.

When, and not if, you complain they will try and fob you off with excuses such as "the item is still waiting to clear customs" or "the haulage company can't pick it up for another week due to the snow", although usually they just tell you that they "are having problems getting in touch with their supplier, so could you ring back next week?".

In short, it is easier to get manure out of a rocking horse than it is to get your money back from this company.

However, don't just take my word for it do our own internet search. Try searching "Home Living Online Ltd reviews" and you'll see just how many people are complaining about this company.
