The repairs that were done to me and my fiance's house was an insurance claim done by the previous home owner in a contract deal to buy the house. Homepride sent a crew out in early August to repair hail damaged siding and roofing. The crew started working and was sent to another job because they said to The realtor and I that they "weren't going to cut corners." Homepride then sent another crew to Remove and Replace damaged fascia and siding, they replaced new fascia over old fascia, and didn't seal up around siding and other places very well, and when they left the house when finishing the work they left pop cans and fast food bags in the yard, they left the driveway covered in roofing and finish nails that me and my fiance' both ran over and had to get flat repairs on three different tires and I had to go over there work and caulk in areas that they didn't caulk in or started to but didn't finish after they had left. Then after our first big wind and rain storm some siding blew off the front of house where they did the repairs, so I called Homepride on a Thursday to request repairs. Ryan of Homepride didn't call me back until wednesday of the next week, I called 5 to 10 times during the week leaving messages for Ryan, he then calls on wednesday and for the next two days after gave me the run around saying he would call and come over, but never came over to look at the work. It rained and snowed this whole time from 10/10/09 till 10/15/09 until on 10/15/09 I finally just did the work myself so that no more moisture would get behind the siding.
