i went online to find someone to wall mount two televisions. Done.com advertises $99 TV mounting. I called and spoke to a representative. He dispatched to my home their professional whose workmanship was shoddy and he damaged my walls. 

I had to hire another contractor to come out repair the damage and mount my televisions.

To add insult to injury the Done.com supervisor blew me off and did not call back. i called and emailed several times but no response. 

My visa was charged $576.00  This company operates out od Austin Texas and does work nationally. BEWARE!
