HomeAdvisor, Inc Provided no appropriate leads. Charged for each inappropriatae lead and didn't refund any money. I lost $700. Tried working with them many many times. Bottomline they do not refund Golden CO

Home Advisor, Inc is a Scam-Fraud I signed up to become a Pro Home Advisor because Coldwell Banker has a program that will pay for staging if you are a Pro Home Advisor. I don't need leads, but I signed up for the Coldwell Banker's program benefit in October 2019. Some clients don't stage because of the cost. I was charged a fee to be a member of the Pro group.

Then they started sending me referrals for staging projects that were located 100-200 miles from my location. I talked to them. They credited my Home Advisor account with $300 something. Then I worked defining my location my area codes and cities. I still didn't receive any leads. I emailed them multiple times. I called several times and was forwarded to one person after another.

Each time I indicated I was cancelling my Pro status and wanted my monies refunded to me. Their answer to me, they never refund, but they wanted to review (again) the locations appropriate for my business to continue working with the business. Friday, March 27,2020 I was told its not their policy to refund and it was written in a contract when I signed on. I didn't get a contract -- I signed up via a telephone.

In October, I had a $300 credit in my Home Advisor account, but they continued to charge additional fees. I informed the local Coldwell Banker Real Estate Manger of the scam, but didn't receive any real interest in the issue.
