Homebuying Club Marcia L Smith Sean Smith Marcia Smith Consulting Took well over 15,000.00 throught the year and no services rendered CYPRESS TEXAS

I initiallly signed up with Homebuying club thinking it would help me learn how to buy a home. The owner Marica Smith assured me it was more than just about getting in a home. It was about keeping a home and having financial freedom.  

I joined her group monthly at small fee of 69.95 then it went down to 39.95. This group  was to help me but instead got me into debt that I could not afford. Marcia constantly advised that the return would be worth it. Then I also invested in the real estate investment group for 3500.00 with others. I have not had any return or any project started for these funds.

I was told I need to do credit repair and tradelines, which cost me 4500.00. The repair was to be express and done within 45-60 days. A few items left my credit report to return the next month. I called and was told that I am not doing my part with updates and keeping bills paid. I emailed them proof that I did my part. She kept saying I need to purchase this to get that so I will be ready for financial freedom.

She also charged for business startup and credit which services where not what she said they would be once she got my money.  Once you start sking questions about your money Marcia gets offended. It is my money and if it is busy, I need to know what it is doing. The company has failed to follow through with the services that I paid for. 

I have trusted Marcia and Sean Smith with my finances, credit, insurance/retirement policies just for them to ignore my calls, texts and emails. I have also been blocked from the Facebook group. She insist that if I try to sue her I will loose because her money has money. The banks know her when she walks in.  I do not know what to do. I cant afford attorney she has all my money.

Marcia or Sean can not be trusted with a wooden nickel. These people use others misfortune to gain wealth.  They need to be stopped. I am ashamed to say I fell for all Marcia said stories and lies. She is only interested in how much money she can screw you out of.  Please Please do not give money to any of her groups or organizations.  You will regret it just like I did.
