Homeside lending My Dream of owning my own home turned in to a nightmare .ripoff mortage business from hell San Antonio Texas

When my kids found this home . i thought it would be the home they would finsh growning up in . but i was wrong. we had problems with home side from the start. i made it to were my payments would come right out of my banking acount. but home side would say the money was not there .i would get a bank check to send to them .

then they sent me a check saying they over charged me on my escrow. when they were saying i owed them money. i would have to call them all the time on my account. we started buying this home in 99 in 2001 they fourclosed on us saying we were behind .we filded bankruptcy but that done us no good . our attorney filed it too late. i have papper work that i have found sence we where foreclosed on that we were a head not behind. now i have no home what use to be my home is up for sale .if i could get my home back i would love to . but i can't seem to find an attorney to help me with out wanting a lot of money. and sence we had to move out of our home money is tight.

we had to trancefer all of our bills that coast alot.when we filed for bankruptcy we got behind on everything . when we lost our home we lost everything . our creit is bad now . we had the bankruptcy thrown out of court. but it stays on your creit for 7 to 10 years anyway.the attorney we had was not a good one neither.

the home we lived in and was buying is still forsale.i do wish i could find someone that would help me on what i could do . i still have all of the paper work and could get copeys of all the bank checks i sent to homeside.

befor they foreclosed in january of 2001 i done a payment by phone they sent me 7 letters in one day saying the money was not there. i called my bank and my bank told me they never tryed to send it threw .so i went and got a bank check for 3756.83 and sent it to them. but befor i did i called homeside and told them i was sending them 3 payments. and because i did not do so in writeing they said i told them to put it on my escrow account. but i did not i told the lady i wanted to be ahead on my house payments. and when i did not send two payments thats when they foreclosed.

i am at the end of my rope with homeside. because they are still wanting money from us . they are saying we did not have insureance on the home . when we did . i called the insureance co we had and they had told me homeside was getting a refund from them. when they foreclosed on us they got money from our insureance co. and they wanted us to give them 1400 more dollars. for some reason my house payments were going up and down .

when we were on a fixed rate. i just wish i could do something. if anyone knows who i can talk to about this please let me know. because bankone has told me they can't do anything. that they were thinking about not dealing with homeside anymore . because they were haveing problems with them.i hope you people will not have to go threw what i have but if you keep homeside as your lending compeny you may. and i also hope you can fallow what i am saying.

i am not good at this reporting people . this is my first time doing so . but this has coused my family a lot of pain . we had to come up with money we did not have . because of the fact we were giveing it all to homeside .i loved that home that i no longer have .

something needs to be done about homeside lending and if i could find someone to help me i would be the first. because i know i am not the only one they have done this too. thank you for reading my story . i hope there is something done before they do this to someone else. we put so much time and money into something we worked so hard for and now we don't have it any longer. good luck to everyone else
