I ordered 7 sets of his Austin Sandy Replacement Cushions and sent a check for $910 on 2-22-2008. A delivery window of 6-8 weeks was promised. The check was cashed and cleared and over 12 weeks later, no cushions.
I have called dozens of times and always get the voicemail message. I leave messages and have not gotten called back.
I have filed complaints with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs and the Maryland State Police. I hope that I can get my money back. I will not give up.

I finally received several large boxes last week after several months of waiting and hearing nothing. However, the nice large "Austin Sandy" cushions that we paid for WERE NOT THERE. We received generic 24" cushions and they are several inches TOO SMALL I don't know what to do with these things. They are INSUFFICIENT and NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. Of course, we have not received any return phone calls. I guess that we will press on with with CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND CIVIL COMPLAINTS in small claims court.
