we are entitled to the money that we worked so hard for, I believe that we worked for Homestar not for the company that you have not received payment from, we did the work that was requested from homestar on good faith that we would be paid for the work that was preformed. It has been over a year now and can not believe that your company is not making the money to pay us what is owed to us, if you would just pay us $5,000.00 we will call it even and stop emailing you about this matter. Please have the human compassion to email us back that you have read this email and that you understand that we are a small business that works hard for the money that is owed to us. Thank you

I am a small, family owned contractor who did numerous house flips for HomeStar,LLC. I went out of my way to keep cost down, and underbid most of my projects. I have 3 work orders out there that I was never paid for. Once I stated that I would not do any more work for HomeStar,LLC until I was paid IN FULL for the WO's out there....all communication CEASED!!! HomeStar,LLC owes my company the tune of 12,000.00. This may not seem like a lot, but I am a small construction business that has built my business on integrity, quality, and honesty and hard work. 12K is all my working capital. I have a wife with a debilitaing disease, and a 4 sons to care for. One of my son's is brain damaged and unable to provide for himself. I PAID all my employees and all my subs, so now I am out this money and may fold. My family depends on my income to survive. We MUST NOT LET THESE GUYS CONTINUE to take advantage of small business owners to fill their fat pockets.
