DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - they owed me over 30K - I had to hire an attorney and finally settle with them on 13K - I've been in the preservation industry since the 90's this is not my first rodeo - trust me when i tell you that we did everything by the book and they didn't pay because they weren't getting paid - i finally settled for 13k which barely covered the cost - this is a fair warning
