I am a property preservation company that was contracted by HomeStar to repair several house in my area, to date HomeStar has refused to pay the agreed terms and fails to contact me to resolve this. Terms are 45 days and as of this date , they have not made payment arrangements in over 6 month. I fulfilled me part of the agreements now HomeStar needs to fullfill there part of the agreements!
