 I'm an employee at home town buffet in bell California. I'm reporting sexual harassment. I've notified my bosses and they aren't willing to handle my situation. I'm afraid to work there and they keep making me work with the guy how keeps putting hands on me. Other employees know what's going on and I have witnesses. I want to sue the company because I feel I'm not in the wrong. My bosses wouldn't even give me my last check. My boss told me today I'm in the wrong and I should of said something .. but I was too scared to.come forward thinking I would get fired.
