HOMEUSA Warehouse I Would Like The Refund I Promised Closed store without giving people refunds or merchandise Lakewood Washington

I had a set of mattresses on Layway with the HOMEUSA store located in Lakewood,WA.
The last date I made a payment, no one made me aware that the store would be closing for good the following week. The next week after I made the payment, I went to the store to make another payment, and it was completely empty, and luckily for me, there were still employees in the store, who took my information and assured me I would receive a refund for the payments I made on my mattresses. That was in Feburary. Since then, I have not recived my payment and it is now May.
