Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These LYING, THIEVING SCUMBAGS charged us USD 4500 as a set-up fee for online pharmacy credit card processing. Then, once we started processing with them, they wanted AN ADDITIONAL USD 5500 in set-up fees! So... we refunded every single order we had processed with them and asked our customers to pay us directly.

In response to our original complaint, Hong Kong Telecom took the positive steps a responsible business should to resolve the issues we had with them.
We retract our original complaint against Hong Kong Telecom. Our previous comments about them should not be used by any customer or potential customer as a basis for evaluation of the company.

Can't believable. Is there some mistake between you and the payment company. We have cooperated with that company. It's good, and their service is better than other Chinese payment companies. If they are scammer, they wouldn't refund for you. Is it right?

I'm one of Ctopay company's merchants.We have cooperated for a long time.There are never unhappy things that happened between us.I believe they must be very sorry for making this misunderstanding happen.
