I just found out that when Hooman Toyota moved from PCH in Long Beach to the new site on Willow & Redondo in Long Beach, that they are no longer honoring the VIP servive that was the major incentive in purchasing a car from them two years ago.  They are now called West Coast Toyota, not Hooman Toyota.  I was told that Hooman exited the business.  This is really disappointing since the only reason I purchased at Hooman was the VIP incentives.   Anyone else have any information on whether Hooman really exited the business?   I have a feeling that Hooman knew all along that the VIP would go away but used it to pull people in.   How shameful.
