We were charged $4.99 per week on our Verizon phone bill by Horizon Telecom. We never agreed to their service or whatever they provide, as they said we did when we contacted the number provided on our Verizon bill.

Supposedly, it was for long distance service. We have long distance service already and would never have agreed to any such thing. It is an internet scam. We are also not pleased that Verizon would allow such dishonesty.
