 I wish I had looked at rip-off report before I got scammed by Hot Huez.

Just like the previous reports on Rip-Off Alert.

Hot Huez takes your credit card information. Then It has numerous pages to go through that ask if you want more of the product.  They get you on the first page. You click 1 for the product, then it takes a while and then the exact same page comes up and you think you did something wrong and it asks you same question again.. so I hit 1 again.. then after that there were numerous pages to upsell and at that point I knew I got scammed but could not get out, but the time it got to the end, my order was doubled. They are not open on the weekends so you there was not getting a hold of anyone. After sitting on the phone for a half hour today, I finally go through to a very rude person. Her name was Rebecca, she told me.. "sorry, no refunds, your order has been sent". And I checked my credit card before I called and it had not posted. I said how can you do that you have not charged my credit card. She started yelling at me.. yes, started yelling at me.  Then she said "fine" I will cancel your credit card but you are getting a free product and "she is losing money". (I don't even want the product now).  Well by the time i got to work, my credit card was charged, so she lied.  Needless to say, I am wriitng about the company now. I have notified my credit card company to stop payment.  I buy a lot of stuff over the internet, and this is the first time I ever ran into a scam like this. Kind of sad, cuz you see it on tv, and my daughter really wanted it. Now it just leaves bad taste in your mouth. I ordered it right through the company thinking it was legit, come to find I am the victim of scam to buy more and be stuck with extra product. Hot Huez and "Rebecca" need to look in the mirror, because Carma always comes back around.  Now I have to worry that they have my cc information and will probably use it to defraud me. Interesting on the website.. 30 day money back guarantee.. IT IS A LIE!
