I have ordered once before from this website store (hotsauceworld.com) a few years ago and did not experience any problem.  However, I recently placed an order for two items.  One item was received along with packing slip stating two items were shipped.  I sent 3 emails to customer service over a 4 day period (customerservice@hotsauceworld.net ... they do not list a phone number), and there has been no reply.  I even provided my phone number for them to call me.

Hot Sauce World sent an apology, explaining that their communications had crashed and took some time to repair.  They also explained that the product which was not shipped will not be available for several months.  I note that they did not charge my credit card for that item portion of the order.  However, I note that their website still shows the product as available.  They should have let me know if the entire order could not be fulfilled, as there was a subtantial shipping charge of $10 for a $5 item.  Anway, it may be best to contact them before ordering a product to confirm it is in stock.
