Hot Tub Moving Sales And Service Tyler Giglia Jon McLeod Jeff McLeod I had this company to repair my tub. They claimed to be certified, i have done research and they have taken an online courses. These are not valid in Canada and are fraudulent claims. Calgary Alberta

These gentleman claimed they could repair my leak. After removing all my insulation they spent 12 hrs standing around smoking, yelling and swearing on the phone. My neighbors run a dayhome and this was a total embarrassment. I was charges $1400 for a hack repair. The leak got worse not better. The tub was left full of water on blocks and caved in due to weight of water. They would not answer my calls and I have even more repairs because of their negligence. Total joke. Beware these guys

This is a false report. It was filed by a disgruntled ex-employee's family member. Brent Madill (ex employee) worked with Tyler Giglia. Brent started going through personal issues and they had to part ways because it was affecting the business negatively. Tyler gave Brent everything leaving us in debt and having to start over.
Now a year later when we have finally gotten on our feet and opened our new shop this report was filed. First of all Paul Surette (person who filed report) had Brent fix his tub over 1 year ago. None of the people being named worked on Paul Surette's tub. Tyler Giglia only went there to help Brent Madill lift the tub. This was an unpaid favor that was done for Brent and his Uncle Paul.
We have references available from a huge amount of happy customers. This has affected our business and put a bad name for us on the internet. Please do not listen to this malicious report. If you have any questions you can call 403 589-0050 or 403-542-9377.
